Your Voice Matters
Your experience matters to us, and your feedback helps us make things better. Whether you have a suggestion, a concern about your studies or need to raise a complaint or appeal, we offer clear ways to share your views and have your concerns heard. We’ll explain the process, treat your feedback respectfully and guide you through the next steps.

Speak Up; We’re Listening
Your voice matters, and we want you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences, ideas and concerns throughout your studies. You can have your say through student surveys, student representatives on our governing bodies and our Student Representative Committee. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we can make things better.
If something about your learning experience, our services or campus facilities isn’t right, you can raise a complaint or grievance through the process outlined in our Grievances Policy and Procedure. For serious concerns about the behaviour of a staff member, you can submit a written grievance to our Manager, Quality and Compliance.
If you’re unhappy with the outcome of a complaint or grievance, or disagree with a decision we’ve made, you can access the internal and external appeal options outlined in our Grievances Policy and Procedure.
Not sure where to start? Our Student Support Officer can talk you through your options and help you decide on the best next step. We take your feedback seriously and use what we learn to address recurring issues and improve the student experience for everyone.
