Tuition Fees
Your tuition fees depend on your chosen course and the number of units you enrol in. Before accepting your offer, make sure you understand the total course fee, applicable payment dates and any additional charges.
Current course fees
| Course | CRICOS code | Total tuition fee |
|---|---|---|
| Master of Business | 115139C | A$50,000 |
| Master of Information Technology | 115624A | A$50,000 |
In addition to your tuition fees, a non-refundable application or enrolment fee of A$250 applies at the time of your initial application, as specified in the applicable offer and fee schedule.
Please confirm the fee applicable to your application before making payment.
Understanding your payment schedule
Your fees may be payable across multiple study periods in accordance with your student agreement and the approved fee schedule.
International students on a student visa generally need to maintain a full-time enrolment that enables them to complete their course within the expected duration, subject to applicable requirements and any approved exceptions.
Your payment due dates and relevant census dates are published in the Academic Calendar. Please check the current calendar and your enrolment information to understand when payments are due.
Additional Costs and Charges
Tuition fees are not the only costs to consider when planning your studies. Depending on your circumstances and course, additional expenses may include:
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), for international students where required
- Textbooks, software, equipment and other learning resources
- Accommodation, food, transport and other living expenses
- Other applicable non-tuition fees and administrative charges
For a complete list of applicable charges, request the current approved Student Fee Schedule from TITAN before applying or making a payment.
You can also refer to our Student Fees, Charges and Refunds Policy and Procedure for information about fees, payment obligations and refund conditions.
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
If you’re an international student applying for an Australian student visa, you’ll generally need to maintain appropriate Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the required period, unless an exemption applies.
OSHC helps cover certain medical and hospital expenses while you’re in Australia. It is not the same as Medicare and you should check the benefits, exclusions and conditions of your policy before purchasing cover.
Choosing your health cover
We have nominated Bupa as our preferred OSHC provider. You are not required to choose Bupa, provided you arrange acceptable cover that meets the applicable requirements.
You must provide evidence of your OSHC arrangements before we issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), where required.
If you choose Bupa, you can visit its website for current premiums, policy details and renewal information:
Cover for family members
If your partner or dependent children will accompany you to Australia, make sure your health insurance covers the appropriate family members and meets the relevant visa requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining continuous, appropriate cover for the required period. If your policy is due to expire, arrange a renewal or replacement policy in time to avoid a gap in coverage.
If you need help arranging OSHC or understanding the evidence required, contact our team before your CoE is issued.
How to Pay Your Fees
All payments must be made in Australian dollars (AUD). Please include your student ID number as the payment reference wherever applicable so we can identify and allocate your payment correctly.
TITAN operates under the legal entity IIBIT AHE Pty Ltd. Depending on the payment method and the charges being paid, payments may be made to the legal entity’s nominated bank account.
International students applying from overseas
If you’re applying from outside Australia, you can use an international bank transfer to pay the applicable TITAN fees and any OSHC or application-related charges that we have agreed to collect on your behalf.
Use the bank details supplied in your official offer or payment instructions. International transfers may incur fees charged by your bank or intermediary banks, so check these costs before sending your payment.
After transferring funds, retain your bank transfer receipt and provide a copy to our Finance Team if requested.
Students applying from within Australia and domestic students
If you’re applying from within Australia, available payment options may include bank deposit, credit card or EFTPOS, subject to TITAN’s current arrangements.
For credit card or EFTPOS payments, contact Student Support for instructions.
Please check your payment instructions before transferring funds, particularly if you have received updated details from us.
Before making a payment
- Check the amount due and the applicable payment deadline
- Confirm the payment reference and your student ID
- Allow sufficient time for the payment to clear
- Keep your receipt or transaction confirmation
- Contact our Finance Team if you need help identifying a payment or understanding your account
Your enrolment and timetable arrangements are subject to the applicable enrolment requirements and payment conditions set out in your student agreement and our policies. If you have difficulty meeting a payment deadline, contact us as early as possible.
Refunds and Fee Adjustments
We understand that circumstances can change. If you withdraw from a course, defer your studies or make an approved change to your enrolment, your financial obligations and any refund entitlement will depend on the circumstances and the applicable refund rules.
Refund requests are assessed in accordance with your student agreement, the Student Fees, Charges and Refunds Policy and Procedure and any applicable legislative requirements.
How refunds are processed
Before a refund can be processed, payments made by electronic funds transfer must have cleared and been received by us. Any outstanding debts owed to TITAN must also be settled, subject to applicable legal requirements and the terms governing the refund.
Refund eligibility, the amount payable and processing timeframes depend on the circumstances of your request. A refund is not automatic simply because you withdraw or change your enrolment.
If you’re considering withdrawing, deferring or suspending your studies, contact us first so you can understand the potential financial implications and the process for submitting a request.
International students should also seek advice about any potential impact on their CoE and student visa.
Tuition Protection for International Students
The Australian Government’s Tuition Protection Service (TPS) provides assistance to eligible international students on student visas in certain circumstances where an education provider defaults and does not meet its tuition protection obligations.
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable requirements, assistance may include options to continue studying with another provider or a refund of eligible unspent tuition fees.
If you’re offered an alternative course, carefully check the replacement course fees, duration and other conditions before accepting the offer.
For current information about eligibility and available assistance, visit the Australian Government’s Tuition Protection Service website.
